Photograph of the Golden Gate Bridge from Marshalls Beach just before sunset. The 1/2″ birch frame is made to represent the waves crashing over the beach complete with real sand and eco-friendly epoxy resin waves. A pair of walking footprints and a heart are carved into the sand. Overall, “Footprints” was completed in 43 working hours over the course of three weeks.
