Photograph taken of my young model Abigail Stahl on Roosevelt Island under the blooming cherry blossum trees. The 3/4″ birch frame is full of over 200 cherry blossums carved into the wood and painted on multiple layers of eco-friendly expoxy resin with more blossums and brances molded from resin surrounding the photograph making the piece truly 3 dimensional. Overall, “Innocence” was completed in 70 working hours over the course of five weeks.
