This painting depicts the text “PILLS KILLS” with the blue and white circles around the text used to represent different types of pills. This piece was inspired by when back in December of 2019, I intentionally overdosed on perocets and washed them all down with an entire bottle of wine. I did so because at the time, I felt that I added no value to the world and wanted out for good. My twin brother randomly had came home and found me lying in the middle of our living room floor unconscious. He was able to call the paramedics in time for them to use Narcan to revive me for my heart had already stopped beating.
