She was a friend of a friend, a model from Russia who’s never worked underwater before. She was entering the pool while I was adjusting the camera and taking test shots. I asked her to stop and took another couple of shots of her beautiful long legs with pink nails. And another couple of hundreds pictures before calling it a day.
It was no surprise the picture became very popular. It was no surprise either when the model became popular and extremely wealthy. She surprised me later though when she asked if she could buy this picture out – all the future prints and the photo itself. I did not sell.
