It had been damaged in a plumbing accident and they were gifted to us. They are the very first release of sheet musics the Beatles ever put out. From their very first album PLEASE PLEASE ME. Most of the songs were covers from the album as MOST of their catalogue had not even be written or produced yet. Again it is a supreme time machine.
The pages only state BY JOHN LENNON AND PAUL Mc CARTNEY. Not words and lyric and music by because nobody else owned the rights when this music came out. Only them along side Brian Epstein.
The art features first concert tickets, along with the first run sheet music, and the artwork itself is a one of a kind featuring the Beatles iconic first look and when they performed for the very last time rooftop wise in the early 70s.
Please note: the song SHE LOVES YOU is in blue. Very unusual. The reason for this was this set of music was from the Beatles very first studio album. They waited to release any of the music until they had a bonafide huge hit. She loves you was that song, so they put it in blue on the song title of the page.
