The Fulton is the first seafood restaurant by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Located on the northeast corner of Pier 17 in the Seaport, the space delights patrons with unparalleled Brooklyn Bridge views, from two indoor dining rooms and an expansive terrace that offers elevated al fresco dining. Seasonal lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch menus from Executive Chef Noah Poses showcase the very best ingredients from the bounty of the ocean and beyond.
A lover of art and design, Vongerichten was intimately involved in the curation of The Fulton’s interior and developed the concept in tandem with New York and Toronto-based design firm Yabu Pushelberg. The dream-like muralwhich envelopes the dining room—entitled South of Cape Horn—was hand-painted by artists Diego Castaño and Chandler Noah of the En Viu collective: Inspired by Jules Verne, the work pays homage to maritime culture and the mysteries of the deep.
