Eduardo “Lalo” González and David R. Carballido grew up together in Guadalajara, the heart of Jalisco, where tequila was born. United by a shared passion for authentic Mexican craftsmanship, they set out to create a tequila that honors tradition while offering a modern perspective. A toast at a family wedding with a specially made tequila blanco sparked the idea that would inspire LALO, crafted with three simple ingredients to capture the true essence of agave.
The result is LALO Tequila, a refined expression of Mexico’s signature spirit. Made in the highlands of Jalisco, it reflects a commitment to quality, integrity, and timeless tradition, a celebration of craftsmanship meant to be shared.
