You must apply, be accepted, and become a registered exhibitor in order to participate in a Redwood’s fair’s Online Art Gallery.

All registered exhibitors for one of Redwood Art Group’s art fairs are automatically eligible to participate in the fair’s Online Art Gallery. it is included in the Cooperative Ad Program.

The Online Art Gallery is an integral part of each fair’s landing page. Additionally, the website location is listed on the digital Exhibitor Directory.

When a collector looks at the exhibitor’s Online Art Gallery, contact information is provided, which generally includes a link to the exhibitor’s website or their Redwood Online Marketplace Storefront.

At Redwood, we believe it is our job to put collectors together with the artwork, artists and galleries they love at our fairs. The exhibitor keeps 100% of the sale.

In order to take full advantage of the fair’s Cooperative Ad Program and participate in its Online Art Gallery, registered exhibitors must complete the Online Art Gallery Image Submission Form at least 4 weeks prior to the fair opening date.

If your image submission is received beyond the deadline, creation of your Online Art Gallery page will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. There will be no guarantee that your Online Art Gallery page will be posted by fair dates.

• First, become a registered exhibitor for one of Redwood’s art fairs.
• Second, fill out the Online Art Gallery Image Submission Form.
• If you are already a Seller, make sure the artwork you will display at the fair is available on your Storefront.
• Third, if you wish to be a Seller on the Online Art Marketplace, complete that process.
• And you are all set!

If an exhibitor is not a Seller on the Redwood Online Art Marketplace, they can simply fill out the Image Submission Form to be part of the Online Art Gallery. Alternatively, if the Image Submission Form is not completed, they will be listed in the Exhibitor Directory only.
