How much does it cost to apply?

Good news—it’s free to apply.

What kind of art do you accept?

We welcome a wide range of fine art, including paintings, photography, sculpture, and glass. We don’t accept jewelry, tapestries, or arts-and-crafts-style work.

Who Can Apply?

Applications are open to galleries, dealers, artist collectives, and many solo artists.
Please note: Red Dot Miami is gallery-only.

What is [SOLO]?

[SOLO] is a curated section designed for independent artists and fine art photographers. It gives artists the chance to exhibit alongside established galleries, connect with serious collectors, and network with art industry professionals. You’ll find [SOLO] at Artexpo New York, Artexpo At The Mart | Chicago, Spectrum Miami, and Art Santa Fe.

What Should I Submit?

Submit your best work—pieces that truly represent your style and quality. All applications are carefully reviewed by our curatorial team, and acceptance can vary by fair depending on the overall mix of submissions.

How Many Images Do I Need?

You can upload up to five images. Accepted file types include JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GIF. Be sure your exhibiting name is included on each file.

I’ve Exhibited with Redwood Before—Do I Need to Apply Again?

Yes. Each fair is reviewed separately, so you’ll need to apply for each event individually.

How much does it cost to exhibit?

Booth pricing starts at $1,995, depending on the fair and booth size. Once accepted, a 30% deposit secures your space, with the remaining balance due later. General Liability Insurance is included. A mandatory Cooperative Ad Fee applies. Optional upgrades, like additional lighting, are available.

What is the cooperative ad fee?

The Cooperative Ad Fee supports our wide-reaching marketing efforts, including print and digital advertising, PR, street banners, email campaigns, VIP collector outreach, social media promotion, and online gallery exposure.
