  • It’s 60 days of exposure to our database of 175,000 art enthusiasts!
  • You can feature 4 of your best images for only $695 and be included in all our pre-, during, and post-fair campaigns just like the in-person exhibitors.
  • You’ll be listed in the Exhibitor Directory alongside In-Person Exhibitors, promoted on the fair’s social media, and receive all leads directly.
  • Your images will be on Art on View monitors throughout the fair floor.
  • The contacts and 100% of the sales are always yours.

It's Easy

  • For the approval process, submit up to 4 images for $695, up to 12 images for $995 (Fee will be refunded if artwork is not approved.)
  • Give us complete image information for each image, including title, artist name, size, and best contact information.
  • We do the rest!

FAQ's

1. How can I be part of one of Redwood Art Group's Digital Exhibitions?

You must apply and be accepted as a digital exhibitor in order to participate in a Redwood’s fair’s Digital Exhibition Program.

All registered exhibitors for one of Redwood Art Group’s art fairs are automatically eligible to participate in the fair’s Online Catalog. it is included in the In-person Exhibitor Cooperative Ad Program.

2. How will a collector find the fair's Online Catalog?

The Online Catalog is an integral part of each fair’s landing page.

3. How will a collector find more information about each artwork shown in the Online Catalog?

When a collector looks at the exhibitor’s Online Catalog, contact information is provided, which generally includes a link to the exhibitor’s website or social link.

4. Does Redwood take a commission for the sale of artwork through the Online Catalog?

At Redwood, we believe it is our job to put collectors together with the artwork, artists, and galleries they love at our fairs. The exhibitor always keeps 100% of the sale.

    Please review the Exhibitor Contract carefully before proceeding.

    All registered show exhibitors must follow the Booth Display Requirements and hanging instructions highlighted in the Exhibitor Manual and outlined in the Booth Display Requirements Exhibitor Course. Failure to follow these requirements could jeopardize future show participation as well as potentially result in re-hanging costs at exhibitor's expense.

    Further to the Exhibitor Contract, it is understood that photographs and videos of the show and exhibitors' booths and displays may be taken during the show. There is no guarantee that an individual exhibitor's booth and/or display will be photographed or filmed, nor any promise of use during or after the show.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: If Exhibitor cancels or reduces its space, written notice must be given and the Exhibitor agrees to pay on demand to Redwood Media Group/Redwood Art Group the amounts set forth under the terms and conditions of section 5. This agreement is between the above named exhibitor (herein called "Exhibitor") and Redwood Media Group/Redwood Art Group and shall govern the terms and conditions of the Exhibitor's License of exhibition space from Redwood Media Group in the Exhibition Facility, for the exhibition schedule as outlined in the exhibitor services manual, plus any additional days required for move-in scheduled by Redwood Media Group. Redwood Media Group reserves the right to accept or reject any Exhibitor in its sole discretion. Notification of acceptance will be made within 30 days of Redwood Media Group's initial receipt of Exhibitor's deposit. Agreements not accepted will be refunded within 30 days in the full amount of deposit submitted, less bank fees if applicable.
