A damage assessment of up to $300.00 per display foot (per side) multiplied by the length of the panel will be charged to any exhibitors who in any way damages the exhibition hard walls beyond repair per Show Management’s sole discretion. Standard size nail/screw holes are perfectly acceptable; however, all adhesive graphics and hardware (nails/screws) must be removed by the end of the show. Damage assessment must be paid before the exhibitor will be permitted to participate in any future shows.
