Who needs an Exhibitor Badge?

- Staff/Helpers working in your booth during show hours
Installers who will only be assisting during Move-In do not require an Exhibitor Badge and will be handed a Temporary Staff Badge at Check-In.
Our EXHIBITOR BADGE form is Officially Closed
The deadline has passed and the Badge Submission Form is now closed.
You will need to purchase a generic Exhibitor Badge during check-in for $20/badge.
Exhibitors and staff working in the booth during the Fair (including move-in and move-out) will need badges for access to Pier 36.
Badges are strictly for personal use and are not transferable. *Before badges are released, Exhibitor contractual requirements must be met and all outstanding balances paid in full.
