The word “apocalypse” means revelation in Ancient Greek. I wanted to interpret the present in light of the future.
For this giclée print, I used the best quality matte painting canvas from the American company Breathing Color: 100+ years of archival life certified by an independent certification body. The canvas does not contain optical brighteners (OBA), yet its basic color is bright white.
