The exhibition will feature exhibits in the form of the familiar “newspaper helpers”, made by the author in ceramics; a video will be played on the media surfaces located in the hall, in which the author of the exhibition will demonstrate video instructions for making household newspaper helpers.

Tanya Brodskaya – These objects represent the ABC of everyday constructivism. The ability to roll a newspaper hat without a drawing or make a book cover was an important and highly sought-after skill. All this was available to everyone without exception and in unlimited quantities. It often happened that the issues of a family’s lack of sun caps, toilet paper, book covers, and glass rags were completely covered by one single solution – a newspaper.
