Life is a journey.

We see but we do not see.

On a beautiful fall day in 2020, my wife and decided to take in the beauty surrounding us and found ourselves, going through the Holland Tunnel and in New Jersey.

A friend of mine  had told me about the beauty of Lake Surprise – and we found ourselves there. We parked and took the Purple Trail through the park. Walking the 2.2 miles on this crisp fall day the beauty of Creation was filled with the vibrant colors We encountered families, and hikers, also enjoying nature.

I captured a series of beautiful images.

Fall Path is one of those images, I captured that day

In 2022 I digitally processed the image as an oil painting on a canvas background.

Now that our paths have crossed let us travel together on this collective journey of wonder and beauty.
