This is one of my favorite watercolor painting inspired by a fall season picture of this tiny branch with a few dramatically turned golden leaves. The blurred trees in the background and bunch of green, ready to turn yellow created the depth needed to make this scene as pristine as the nature actually is.
This one is really fascinating to me. I find it rather pleasing how just some withered leaves can be so alluring to look at. The branching of red and yellow tinges of color on them in a dark and heavy forest is almost like a riveting play of nature. I love that the leaves remain the highlight of the painting, golden and enchanting, making you appreciate the basic things in life. Hope you appreciate its beauty just like I do.
