Its raining diamonds from above

And from them forms a pure white dove

She gathers teardrops as they fall

She hears their cries, she hears their call

She takes them to a mountain lake

Each tear a jewel that she will make

Then gives them to a mermaid fair

Placing teardrops in her hair

Then like a whisper high she’ll fly

A bright white diamond in the sky
