This canvas shows the influence that Neo-expressionism of the 1980’s has on my practice. It was really an amazing experience to grow up in NYC those years and walk around the City and the train stations and see the graffiti art being displayed all throughout. I was truly mesmerized by it and it still shows up in my work with my personal touches and style. My work is the result of years of practice and the determination to arrive at a particular style not yet explored by other artist.
