Alfonso Girón, artist

His creations have evolved through his journey as an artist, starting from nature and expressing his fervor to fauna; the respect and admiration for the greatness and majesty of these beautiful beings, give rise to a subjective dialogue that the artist recreates in each painting and that in his own words a link is born between him and his creation of him. This is how when working on his canvases the colors, lights and textures, take on a purpose and what began as a devotion materializes through a metamorphosis that, when completed, is the viewer who infers what each creation suggests.

He is the Founder of the “Girón” plastic arts workshop in the city of Oaxaca where he works with his personal work. This natural talent that accompanies him has led him to exhibit in different exhibitions including Oaxaca, New York, San Francisco and Spain.
