“Miradas” was created in 2022 by master oil painter René Cheng.

Cheng painted this contemporary figurative artwork during the pandemic, playing around with “looks”. It is amazing what the expression of the eyes reveal. Hitchcock was one master as some other cinema directors in capturing this. Again Cheng plays around with different techniques and art movements. “Los ojos son las puertas del alma” , says Cheng among others. The artist also pays a bit with the observer being observed…
