The artist creates models of romantic rooms which later she photographs as her final product. As per the artist, she is inspired by 15th century paintings to create powerful, and yet romantic, portraits of women. Shooting an image is the last step of my artistic process. The real work takes place in the construction of the headdresses and painted backgrounds, with the aim to create an atmosphere of mystery and romance, wherein a symbiosis takes place between mother nature and strong beautiful women.
