This piece is part of a series of abstract explorations of water and its relationship to all that it comes into contact with. Water nourishes every living thing, from space to the ocean depths. It seems to be a vehicle for many multicolored minerals, pieces of earth, any passengers that are in its path, and all marine life. Observations from trickling intricate patterns of water are translated into liquid paint and textural images. There are several patterns, yielding more patterns on top of one another, resulting in a depth of imagery.
