“Plucked For Heaven” was created on  stretched canvas with acrylic paint, charcoal pencil, crayon, chalk and oil pastel. The materials chosen permits me to experience a childlike sense giving me the freedom to create a painting with a very organic and childlike look. After layers of  applying paint to the surface which allows me the ability to mark make and scratch in to the surface.

‘Plucked For Heaven’ speaks of that childlike innocence and freedom. That beauty and quality of that one found flower.
