Why do rainy days make me sad? As I sit in the window, I often wonder about others. In this painting I explore that. She hides behind the raindrops, all that is painful in her life. What is causing this pain and sadness? As we go about our everyday lives we never know the pain that others could be experiencing. Maybe it’s physical, mental, loneliness or desperation. When the sun comes out and life is in full swing, I was not thinking about how someone could be suffering. But now, Im making it my mission to treat everyone kindly and hope that I could bring a moment of light to what might be their sadness or pain. Love each other!
