This is the third and most recently available piece in my “Bloom,” pendant series. This iteration, featuring a concave-cut Topaz center stone, is accented by blue and white sapphire, aquamarine, blue zircon, and cobalt blue vitreous enamel.
Each pendant in the Bloom series has a fully functional mechanical iris at the center, so the wearer may choose to wear it in either form. With a counterclockwise turn, the eight inner pedals blossom open to reveal the center stone.
Bryan began making silver festival jewelry in 2014, and gradually transitioned into crafting heirloom works of art. Self-taught in his early years, a desire to portray his visions in finer detail has driven him to study with multiple mentors who are all experts in their respective fields. He is one of the few jewelers who creates pieces start to finish, including stone cutting and setting, fabrication, machining, wax carving, engraving, enamel, and much more.
