Katrin Valgemäe (born 1979) is an artist living and working in Tallinn, Estonia. She studied painting and ceramics at the Estonian Academy of Arts and furthered her skills in the painting department of the Art Academy of Latvia.

Growing up amid family drama, I learned to know people very well and to observe what was behind what was not said. I developed a keen understanding of human nature, learning to perceive the unspoken truths beneath the surface.
