Photograph taken of the Abe Lebewohl Triangle in the East Village. The 3/4″ birch frame is carved as a to-scale map of New York City’s East to West Villages from 2nd Avenue to Seventh and Bleeker Street to 16th. The perimeterof the frame is gilded in 23 karot gold leaf. Overall, “East to West” was completed in 185 working hours over the course of two months.
