Exhibitor Badge Request Form

Exhibitors and staff working in the booth during the fair (including move-in and move-out) will need badges for access to the Wynwood Convention Center. A maximum of 5 badges will be issued with additional badges given only upon request. Badges are strictly for personal use and are non-transferable.

 

*Before badges are released, Exhibitor contractual requirements must be met and all outstanding balances paid in full.

* Exhibitor badges submitted before October 28 are free of charge.

* After October 28th the badge cost is $20 per badge.

* No custom badge printing is available onsite. Generic replacement badges providing access to the venue can be purchased in the Show Office.

  2. Staff/Helpers working in your booth during show hours

Installers who will only be assisting during Move-In do not require an Exhibitor Badge and will be handed a Temporary Staff Badge at Check-In.
