SOLO BOOTH HANGING REQUIREMENTS
SOLO Booth Hanging Requirements
- A maximum of six 40" X 40" pieces may be hung in a 4' X 10' space. Four on the back wall and one on each side wall.
- A maximum of 8 pieces may be hung in a 4' X 15' space. Six on the back wall and one on each side wall.
- A maximum of 10 pieces may be hung in a 4' X 20' space. Eight on the back wall and one on each side wall.
- Each piece over 40” whether vertical or horizontal counts as 2 pieces and the Hanging Requirements change accordingly. For example: A horizontal piece measuring 36" X 48" counts as 2 pieces and in a 4' X 10' space the exhibitor will be allowed to hang only 5 pieces.
- Two-dimensional artwork (paintings, drawings, sketches, etc.) must be matted, framed, gallery wrapped, or otherwise mounted and hung properly. Unframed and/or unstretched work is not allowed to be hung. Artwork cannot be taped or tacked to the wall.
- All SOLO exhibitors are required to sign off on the Booth Hanging Guidelines as instructed in the Exhibitor Manual.
- All SOLO exhibitors are subject to pre-show booth hanging review and compliance with Show Management's direction.
Without exception, submission of this Registration Form indicates agreement to hang booth according to these requirements.
EXHIBITOR MARKETING FEE
Prerequisite Exhibitor Co-op Marketing Package - $595
In addition to Booth Fees, there is a required Marketing Package Fee of $595 that covers cooperative fair marketing and advertising, including but not limited to street banners, print advertising, social media, direct mail, Exhibitor Directory, digital Collector ePasses, Online Art Gallery Exhibitor Preview*, and more.

*Inclusion in the digital Online Art Gallery Exhibitor Preview section is dependent on exhibitor submission of images and information by deadline dates.
BOOTH DEPOSIT
Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your exhibit space. This amount is fully refundable until 120 days prior to the event.

Total above includes 30% deposit plus Prerequisite Exhibitor Marketing Package.
Exhibit space balance is due 120 days prior to the event.
EXHIBITOR CONTRACT
Please review the Exhibitor Contract carefully before proceeding.

All registered show exhibitors must follow the Booth Display Requirements and hanging instructions highlighted in the Exhibitor Manual and outlined in the Booth Display Requirements Exhibitor Module. Failure to follow these requirements could jeopardize future show participation as well as potentially result in re-hanging costs at exhibitor's expense.

Further to the Exhibitor Contract, it is understood that photographs and videos of the show and exhibitors' booths and displays may be taken during the show. There is no guarantee that an individual exhibitor's booth and/or display will be photographed or filmed, nor any promise of use during or after the show.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If Exhibitor cancels or reduces its space, written notice must be given and the Exhibitor agrees to pay on demand to Spectrum Miami the amounts set forth under the terms and conditions of section 5. This agreement is between the above named exhibitor (herein called "Exhibitor") and Spectrum Miami and shall govern the terms and conditions of the Exhibitor's License of exhibition space from Spectrum Miami in the Exhibition Facility, for the exhibition schedule as outlined in the exhibitor services manual, plus any additional days required for move-in scheduled by Spectrum Miami. Spectrum Miami reserves the right to accept or reject any Exhibitor in its sole discretion. Notification of acceptance will be made within 30 days of Spectrum Miami's initial receipt of Exhibitor's deposit. Agreements not accepted will be refunded within 30 days in the full amount of deposit submitted, less bank fees if applicable.
