Some think of the desert as drab and empty.  I think of it as colorful and full of imagery.  I grew up in Arizona and continue to visit yearly.  The scene of fragile dove on a thorny cactus exhibits the careful relationship of desert life.  This is my second painting of cactus with a dove.  It complements Cactus With Dove 1. They work together or independently; just like the cactus and the dove.
