This image was taken Election Day 2018 while traveling from my home in Manhattan to a pottery class in Chester, New Jersey. With shorter lines at the polls than expected, I  left New York much earlier than usual and found, as I drove over the mountain from the highway towards Chester, the day was an amazing combination of autumnal colors and rainy mist. With extra time I detoured into the park and shot several exciting images. For this one I chose to abandon the autumnal colors for a more creative image.
