In this painting I took one image (the woman) from one of his famous paintings New York Movie, 1939 and put her in an imaginary museum setting of Hopper’s paintings.

I have been inspired by the works of Edward Hopper for the entire 25 years I’ve been painting. I always felt a special affinity for his works and even his personality.
