Foti Kllogjeri is an Albanian born artist (1973) holding his Diploma from Tirana Fine Art university. He is living and painting in Thessaloniki Greece since 1996, a city which had a great influence in his painting themes. He mainly paints with oils on cotton canvasses, but he is also in love with watercolors , curating a team of Albanian artists in the annual watercolor festival in Fabriano-Italy.
Among many painting themes, he is mainly focused on today’s city landscapes, means of transportation, travelers and the rush of everyday life. Balancing his painting style between figutative and absrtaction, he deconstructes his themes, with paint drips, thick layers of paint and geometric lines and shapes.
