This piece came to me visually after contemplating everything that has occurred this year- emotionally, physically, mentally, and how I’ve reacted to the environment around me, thinking about loved ones far away and what they have been struggling with this year with regards to the pandemic and how we are all going to get through this. I’m the kind of person that likes to try and be optimistic, but sometimes, it’s just kinda hard, all things considered. I Have overcome a lot personally- that’s just been my experience, and I have to say this year, I didn’t feel as alone or misunderstood- which isn’t I don’t think too awful to admit: it’s just honest.
