The idea of creating a series of portrait works “Dialogues” was born
at the beginning of the artist’s career with a dream to learn to depict human emotions. This dream is still under development and study. But for now, the author no longer develops the theme of explicit or exaggerated everyday emotional manifestations such as laughter, grief, joy, or boredom.
In the latest works from this series, the master fills the portrait’s already deeper meanings, putting into their innermost thoughts, emphasizing small details, described only by hints, hidden in deep shadows. Each portrait contains some specific thought or specific
mood and each of them radiates its own characteristic states of the soul, such as kindness and tenderness, love and devotion, calmness and confidence, passion and temperament, confidence and romance, playfulness or naive purity.
A series of paintings and dialogues is interesting for its diversity and invisible connections, uniting works among themselves in one ongoing dialogue artist with a portrait and a viewer.
