How Does It Work?
We welcome artists, artist collectives, galleries, and art publishers to apply to our Online Art Marketplace. You’ll get a dedicated profile page where you can tell your story, display your works and/or your artists, and share other information to increase your chances of selling work and being noticed by buyers. Here’s how it works.

Let us know you’re interested! Fill out the Artist Club Application.

Complete the Artist Payment Form
Our artists receive 65% on every artwork sold. Let us know how you’d like to be paid.
3.
Upload Your Artwork
Give us all the critical information on each piece of artwork with up to five different viewpoints of each artwork submitted so collectors can get a better sense of your work before buying. Note: All art uploaded to the Online Art Marketplace must be listed exclusively with Redwood and may not appear on other online art-selling platforms.
4.
Get Approved
Our curators will carefully review your submissions and get your online pages set. You may expect a review notification within seven business days.

What do I need to do to start selling my artwork on Redwood Art Group?
Anyone interested in selling with Redwood Art Group must fill out our Artist Club Application. This ensures we have a diverse selection of works of art in a variety of techniques and styles by artists who are recognized for the quality of their work. Once you submit your application, you will upload your artwork. Then our curators will carefully review your artwork and get your online pages set. You may expect a review notification within seven business days. If you have any questions about your application or the set-up process, please contact us at support@redwoodartgroup.com.
What can I sell on Redwood Art Group?
Redwood Art Group provides a platform for artists to sell works in a variety of mediums, including painting, ceramic, digital, drawing, encaustic, fiber, glass, mixed media, photography, printmaking, and sculpture.
Can I cross-sell the artwork on other online art-selling platforms?
No, all art uploaded to the Online Art Marketplace must be listed exclusively with Redwood and may not appear on other online art-selling platforms.
How does shipping work?
Once you sell an artwork, you will receive an email informing you of the sale. All sellers are responsible for the fulfillment of orders themselves, which means you are required to pay for the packing, including crating when needed, and the initial outbound shipping for an artwork. So when you price an artwork, include your packing and shipping cost in the price. Only artworks that are ready to be shipped as soon as possible should be listed in the Redwood Online Art Marketplace.
How do I get paid?
On the Artist Payment Form, you will be asked to decide how you want to be paid — either via check or wire transfer. When you sell a work of art, Redwood Art Group collects payment from the buyer and holds that payment until the artwork has been confirmed as delivered and the seven-day return period has elapsed. Payments will be issued for all confirmed sold artwork on the 20th of the month for the previous month’s sales.
How does commission work on Redwood Art Group?
If you sell an original artwork, Redwood Art Group will take a 35% commission on the final sale price. The 35% commission includes any credit card processing fees associated with the sale.
