Péméyéké Désiré Marie, most commonly known as Mboko Lagriffe was born in 1969 in Douala, Cameroon. Self-taught, his artistic oeuvre includes painting, textile design, and graphic design.  Since 1991 he has exhibited in Cameroon, Senegal, France, Switzerland, the USA, Guadeloupe, and Morocco.
