In August 2012 Maddi Ring and Patricia Gilman created the New York Center for Photographic Art (NYC4PA) with a mission to offer opportunities to photographers worldwide.  We continue to do that today, sponsoring international open calls, juried by respected members of the photographic community, where submitters compete for cash prizes, as well a place in our online gallery and the gallery catalog.
